Alternator failed on my truck while headed south towards home. Managed to limp my truck to RPM on a Sunday and dropped it in their parking lot with a note in their after hours drop. Monday morning by 8:05 am they called me to discuss. Dealt with John who was very professional and easy to deal with over the phone. The repair was fairly straight forward (R&R alternator), handled in a professional manner, and the truck was washed before I picked it up (added bonus). All in all they did a good job and were pleasant to deal with.
I recently had my headlights replaced because of sun damage. As usual they did a wonderful job on my Toyota Highlander. The mechanics are wonderful to work with and keep my car in great shape . RPM even provided me with a Lyft because I needed a ride. What a great service to the customer ! RPM is the only business where I would take my car.
