Owner & Bookkeeper
Brad and Fran met in 1984 and were married in 1987. She has worked as the shop bookkeeper since they met. Fran received her full charge booking degree from Healds Business School. She has always liked bookkeeping and is a bookkeeper for several other companies. RPM is a true family owned business. Both of Fran and Brad sons work in the business, and now their Daughter in law also works in the business. In Fran’s spare time she likes to spend time with her family and friends. She is an avid walker and has done 4, 60 mile, 3 day Breast Cancer walks. In the past few years the 60 mile walks have ended, but she continues to be involved with Cancer awareness doing Relay for Life.

Jack Arrington, 2014
ASE Master Technician - Retired Military - Shop Foreman
Jack Daniels Arrington has been in the industry since 1991. He is a master certified Technician and also holds smog and diesel certifications. Automotive has and always will be Jack’s passion, and he has never had any job that wasn't related to auto repair or fabrication. Jack says, “Since I started here, my passion has only grown stronger as this is my dream job come true and everyone here is amazing.” Jack loves spending time with his family and friends doing many things including camping, hunting, riding his Harley and barbecuing. “My 2 beautiful kids, Jimmy and Alyssa, along with my amazing wife Kim complete a great life.“
Trevor Barrie, 2012
ASE Technician & Diesel Specialist - Retired Military
Trevor was born and raised in Marin County. He joined the Army at 19 years of age, where he served 8 years as a Heavy Wheeled vehicle mechanic. After an honorable discharge he worked 14 years at Diego Truck Repair in Larkspur. Trevor has now been employed for 3 years at RPM. He has been ASE certified for over 20 years and specializes in diesel diagnostic and repair. In his spare time he enjoys camping and dirt bike riding. He lives in Sonoma and enjoys fine wine and expensive whiskey.
Lucas Reich, 2009
Lucas Reich is the youngest son of Brad and Fran. He started working at RPM full time in 2010 after moving back to Rohnert Park from Hydesville, CA. Lucas spends a majority of his time with his fiance Ashley traveling as much as they can. When he is not with Ashley, Lucas spends the rest of his time working on his RPM sponsored trophy truck.
Jesse Gonzalez, 2016
Jesse has been with RPM since March of 2016. The past four years he has been attending Santa Rosa Junior College to receive his certificate in automotive. Jesse has always been around cars. When he was younger his cousins would restore old Chevy/GM trucks, and his father and grandfather were into the low rider scene. Jesse enjoys his spare time working on his 85 GMC truck and spending time with his family and friends.

Don has been with RPM for 10 years. He enjoys helping people.
Danielle Reich, 2016
Danielle has worked for RPM since early of 2016. She is the daughter in law of Fran and Brad. Before working at RPM, she worked for over 5 years as a customer service coordinator. Wearing different hats, Danielle works in the office, helps out with marketing and fills in where ever she can. She enjoys spending the weekends with Jason, family and their chocolate lab Hank.

Jason Reich, 2008
Dyno Tech and Car Builder/Project Manager
Jason Reich is the eldest son of Fran and Brad. He has been here since 2007 after he graduated high school. Jason has always liked cars and fabrication so this is truly his dream job and passion. He spends a lot of his time here at work, but when Jason is not at RPM you can find him spending time with his fiancé and their dog Hank, either going to the lake or doing projects around their house.
Nate Cutler, 2002
Cylinder Head & Engine Machinist/Engine Builder
Nate started May of 2002 as an apprentice in the machine shop, and is now our engine builder. He is an ASE Gas and Diesel Engine Machinist. Nate truly enjoys what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. He enjoys cooking, camping, and spending time with his two little girls.
Martiñ Salas, 1996
Machine Shop Advisor
Martin Salas joined the RPM family in 1996. Martin had met Brad while he was working at a local auto parts store in 1991. He worked as a counterman while going to school. The auto parts job also helped with the cost of his hobby of road racing. Like many of our employees here, Martin was a customer of RPM’s before he worked here. Believing in the quality of workmanship, RPM influenced him to become a part of the team. He likes to spend his off time in the outdoors fishing, hunting and with his family.
Joshua Corbett, 2016
Joshua is originally from Stockton, CA. His dad was a mechanic, and he has been around cars and racing his whole life. Joshua is AERA certified machinist, with a background in building ProAm drift cars, as well as 600 and 360 winged sprint cars. We are happy to have him apart of the team.
