Cast iron crack repair

We Can repair those old castings that are hard to find for a fraction of the new or replacement prices!!

Castings are shot blasted, magnafluxed, cracks are ground out, preheated to 550 deg, then we spray on a machinable nickle that bonds to the parent material making it stonger than the origianal material. After we are completed, we then machine the surface flat so that when you put it back together you will not have to use gaskets. This will insure no exhaust leaks.. We offer a 12 month repair warranty on all repairs
