Brad and all those over at RPM have nothing but the best intentions for their clientele. He is a local, small business owner who knows that taking care of the community is where it counts. They took the time to help tailor my vehicle repairs to accommodate my budget and safety. I have an high mileage German car that RPM oversees. Brad is fair, honest and compassionate. He even came to me to inspect my vehicle when my alternator ultimately failed. When I did have an issue after a recent repair RPM solved it promptly. They took pictures of my deconstructed engine to show me where my issues lay. They even pointed out where previous mechanics have failed. RPM offered the best options for repair and only use high quality/original parts. It is often said that it’s not what you do for people but how you make them feel, that leaves an impression. I felt like RPM really cared.

I took my Lexus IS250 to RPM Automotive Services for a diagnostic check—an overall inspection—just to make sure everything was okay. What a thorough inspection my car was given! Equally impressive was the detailed description of my car’s status, specifically, what was needed, what will need to occur in the future, the cost of the work, and all presented in a way that I could understand.
