They do a great job. They kept my old car going when it was getting tired and were to only ones who could figure out why my engine light kept coming on. They serviced my newer car and took care of a bad battery before I actually got stuck anywhere. And they washed my car!

Thank you so much Johna for the kind words. We look forward to seeing you in the future for all of your automotive needs!

RPM has worked on not only my personal cars but my work cars as well . They are professional there work is always done to the highest standards. They are reasonable priced and offer discount promotions. I have never been disappointed with the work done. I would recommend them to my friends and family. Do it once and do it right with RPM. I began taking my ford truck to RPM about 10 years ago. I needed "more power".. and they got it for me! That began a business relationship that eventually led me to begin taking my Cadillac escalade that I use as a livery vehicle for both service and repairs. A livery vehicle needs to be on the road, it is an earning tool. I have never been disappointed at RPM. I know I can count on them to get my caddy back on the road as quickly as possible and with technicians that demonstrate extraordinary skill, I never have to go back. I am proud to call everyone at RPM my friends. Too many names to list, I enjoy my visits to RPM to see friends and get a nice testosterone boost when go there. Nice cars with big motors... what's not to love.

Brought my 2002 Trans-Am here after taking it to a couple of hole-in-the-wall shops in Santa Rosa (including one that is a 4/5 star yelp reviewed shop) that I was less than impressed with, especially after taking it here and finding out just how much stuff was missed prior. I told them about my concerns with the vehicle: An oil leak and a check engine light that just recently came on. They took the car in, got to the inspection that same day. They found my battery was leaking acid, and corroded basically everything in its path, including essentially the entire battery assembly, and a big bundle of wiring (the cause of the check engine light). They also noticed a water pump leak, along with some pulleys and bearings that seemed like they might need some replacing soon, not too mention all the original cracking hoses in the engine bay. After tearing down the front of the engine bay, they found the pulleys and bearings were basically shot. The bearings wouldn't even spin on their own. After calling to advise me of the updated needed and recommended repairs, they got to it after I authorized all repairs. 2 days later I came back to a freshly washed, and amazingly well running car. Not only did they not hesitate to show me the issues on the car beforehand, they saved all the parts afterward so I could get a good look at the condition everything was in. Throughout the whole process, Don kept me up to date with the status of the inspection and repairs via email and telephone, and made sure to tell me what was a 'suggested' repair and what was a 'this really needs to be done now, or the poop is going to hit the fan soon' repair. They keep a detailed step-by-step log of the original customer request, and all subsequent findings and repairs with the cost. Very detailed and informative. I could not appreciate enough, the thoroughness that Don and the techs showed. And to come back for pickup with a washed car that was actually black, and not grey from my gravel driveway, was icing on the cake. Don even stayed after they closed to let me come pick up the car after I got off work at 5 up in Santa Rosa. It's quite possible these guys are a bit more expensive than some smaller shops (I didn't actually even pay attention to the per hour rate), but you certainly get what you pay for here. If I can liken auto shops to the hotel industry, RPM is the Ritz-Carlton, and everyone else is a Hyatt and on down to the rent-per-hour roachfest on the southside of town. Lastly, every time I showed up to the shop (via Uber) to check out the car, Don offered to have someone drop me off wherever I needed to go (within reason I presume. I doubt a Vegas trip was in the cards). Apparently they sometimes even have loaner cars available. Perhaps when I bring my car back for an engine rebuild and port/polish and dyno, I can take them up on one of those. Quick note: The review by "Mark M." that is rather critical of these guys. Notice his only 3 reviews are negative reviews of random shops. Take it with a grain of salt. Of course.... this is my only review, so there is that. I guess I just appreciated their work to the point where I felt like paying them the bill wasn't enough. Oh, and they have some awesome dogs in the front lobby. Super cute, super friendly.

Had the most amazing experience! They helped me within minutes of arrival and were able to fix the problem almost instantly! The customer service is stellar. Jessica, Martine, and the Brad were absolutely great and so so friendly. As an added plus they have a few cute little pups around that are very quiet but extremely friendly and if you ask, they seem very open to letting them be pet :)

There was an initial confusion on my part what was going on. I think RPM thought they were clear. The repairs took longer than I thought it should have been, but hats off to RPM for getting the work done being down a technician. I just got my vehicle returned, but make the statement that they do top notch work there. All one has to do is see the vehicles in their parking lot. Jessica- who was handling my account was outstanding. Always calm and always searching for the best method to communicate with the customer. She kept me updated every step of the way. All in all - a very good experience. I will be a returning customer..

WOW!! After dyno tune, it's like a whole new engine was dropped into my hot rod. Performance is amazing... no more hesitation off the line, no more lugging in idle, smooth as silk at high speeds, and 40 more HP too boot!! Best performance investment in my '34 hot rod ever with its 350 Chevy small block. Jason was superb. With me not being much of gear head, he walked me through all the steps and process. Very patient and very much appreciated. Took 8 dyno runs and just as many carburetor tune ups. Thanks Jason and the rest of the team including Martin and Brad. You got a customer for life. Will spread the news to my other car club buddies.
