What a wonderful experience at rpm! Brad and his rpm crew were exceptional! I needed some oil drained from my rv and they had a time available so I got right over to rpm! Brad helped me and was so gracious! Thank you for you quick service and expertise!

Experience #1:
I had a great experience, taking my Pontiac into RPM. Spoke with Brad on a Thursday afternoon. He was able to get me in Friday morning first thing as we talked about the service that I needed done. He was knowledgeable in the tool chain required to program a new part for my car And said bring it in. We’ll give it a go after I brought it in. He was able to hook into it properly set up the new part and was done in a jiffy given the effort he was very accommodating on the price which I thought was very fair. I would definitely bring my vehicles back for any service requirements in the future. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and not trying to price gouge. What else can you ask for?

Google reviews are kind of silly and that they don’t let you leave multiple reviews for the same business. So I am adding onto my first review I did a few months ago. Recently I bought a Chevy Bolt from Carvana, which seemed to be in very good shape, but I wanted to have it inspected just in case. The team at Rpm told me they have an advanced inspection service that would check out all the parts that might be of concern. They were able to get me in very quickly, which was very much appreciated and give my new car if the road once over on top of that, I got a personal ride back to Petaluma. This will be may go to place for any services I need. Thanks again guys.

Took my older car in for an inspection and I really appreciated the thorough breakdown of what needed immediate attention, what could wait, and what should be done sooner than later. The communication was excellent and there were no surprises. The team at RPM understood my budget and helped me to make it work. Highly recommend. Friendly and honest service.

I bought a Blueprint Engine through Summit Racing. The engine came complete and tuned on a Dyno by Blueprints assembly plant. They stayed at five hundred and eighteen horsepower and five hundred mainteen foot pounds of torque. I took it into r p m for the final tune and to fix some problems the installer caused. RPM tuned it perfectly. they got the timing just right and they changed out the main jets in the Holley 850CFM 4 barrel quadra jet carburetor. They're just at the linkage so that the throttle would complete WOT. They adjusted my kick down linkage on my transmission as well. These are all problems that the other shop could have corrected but they really weren't concerned about doing a fine-tuning. They just wanted to get the project out the door. My truck purs like a kitten, starts on the first crank, and produces maximum horse power. All this for just under one thousand dollars. This is well worth the cost.

Air conditioning. Other place wanted $5,500 to change compressor. RPM Diagnosed the real problem and found compressor was fine, just a bad fan. Repairs were around $1,500. I will recommend their service to anyone I know. Top Notch!

RPM does a great job communicating before, during, and after your visit. They provide quality work in a timely manner and stand behind their work. I had some suspension work done and brought my truck back in for a 500 mile check of all the components. I found a damaged bushing prior to bringing it in and the part was ordered, and they replaced all of the bushings under the warranty. I will be a repeat customer in the future and would recommend RPM as a trusted shop to take your vehicles to for repairs.

Very fast and very nice place! They were able to work with my timeline to get my car back to me quickly (dropped off Thursday, picked it up Tuesday morning) and were very communicative every step of the way. Not only were they able to diagnose my cars overheating issue and replace the parts, but they also thoroughly inspected my vehicle and found some potential future problems, photographed and documented them and let me know what to prioritize if I wanted to fix these problems. As someone that is not car savvy, I appreciate any information that can prolong my cars life.
