These guys are really good. They have prompt service, getting to the root of your mechanical issues quickly and they cooperate well with your insurance company as well. All of them are super knowledgeable and have superior mechanical aptitude. I left Platinum Chevrolet after 7 years of being ripped off, over charged with the problem(s) having not been repaired. These guys were very helpful and considerate. I didn't even get any work done but they helped me with a caring attitude and I felt like I could trust them because I had just come from a different shop where i was being swindled out of my money. So I will probably be back if I need any work done, which hopefully isn't soon lol.

Best service I’ve had on my truck yet! Platinum Chevrolet is absolutely the worst service center ever. All they will do is rob you blind and never get your vehicle fixed properly. I will never go to Platinum again not even to buy a new vehicle. RPM is FANTASTIC!!
