I had a great experience, taking my Pontiac into RPM. Spoke with Brad on a Thursday afternoon. He was able to get me in Friday morning first thing as we talked about the service that I needed done. He was knowledgeable in the tool chain required to program a new part for my car And said bring it in. We’ll give it a go after I brought it in. He was able to hook into it properly set up the new part and was done in a jiffy given the effort he was very accommodating on the price which I thought was very fair. I would definitely bring my vehicles back for any service requirements in the future. Knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and not trying to price gouge. What else can you ask for?

The team at Rpm did a beyond great job with our 2020 twisted orange supercharged Mustang GT350 they got ahold of Whipple and replaced the harness/actuator twice and have followed up with phone calls to make sure she's running good, and she is!
