I went to RPM for the first time on referral from a friend. I was hesitant being a first time customer, but Don exclusively helped me with my car issues and was nothing but patient, honest and was exceptional with his customer service. They had a loner for me which is also something I really appreciate when choosing a repair place. My car is running great after what could have been quite a pricey situation, and I even walked out the door having saved about $100 under the quote. Don even called with a follow up check in if my car was running "as awesome as he suspected it was." Fabulous service is really my favorite thing and I will return should I need to. I highly recommend RPM! Thank you Don and the rest of the team!!

Once again RPM has pulled through for us!They have been servicing our work vehicles for years now and we have never been happier.Friday afternoon we called them because we had a dead battery. They sent a technician over to get the vehicle started, changed the battery, and then proceeded to replace a cracked hose that they did not even charge us for! Then on top of all that the car was back before closing that day. Thanks again!

I couldn't be happier with the service from this auto shop! I have taken my car to a dealership for car problems and they could not find the problem with my car and the amazing guys here at RPM were able to identify and fix the problem within one day at a reasonable price. They are my go-to mechanic now!! If you have a car that needs to be fixed, I highly recommend this shop. Thanks for fixing my Jeep!

I brought my Truck to RPM and at first I was concerned because I've always gone to the dealer. I needed to get my plugs changed and new it would be a nightmare, So I read about RPM and I must say I was very satisfied with the service they gave me. the price was good and when they were done my truck was washed. Thank Guys

Not enough can be said for the upstanding quality RPM provides. They conduct their business with the utmost respect and always have the customers best interest in mind. I have lived in Rohnert Park/Santa Rosa since 2005 and once I found RPM nobody else has touched any of my vehicles. My 2010 Subaru I purchased new off the lot that is still under warranty doesn't even go to the dealership :)I normally deal with Don but everyone at RPM is a class act and very knowledgeable. I could not be happier with the car service and the personal nature of the staff. Highly recommend!

Great group of guys that work here. The place has been around and expanded for nearly 30 years! If you go in, ask for Brad. Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and isn't trying to sell you on something you don't need. They do a full inspection on your vehicle and will make recommendations on what you may need. Oh, and they wash your vehicle!-Brandon

Real helpful if you are dealing with a modified high performance vehicle. They really know their stuff, and can really tune in a lot more horsepower on their dyno. And they back up the work quite nicely!

Just got back from RPM and had to give these guys a shout out for their kindness towards my paranoid worries.I bought my first car (used) from a dealer in Sacramento about 2 weeks ago. Only a few days ago I noticed the brakes making some noises and with a move to Sacramento coming in less than a week, I decided to stop by due to the two high reviews here on Yelp. I feel like I have to do my part to continue their 5 star rating. Now I wasn't sure what I was walking into here - whether they wanted appointments or not. I didn't though, I just showed up and asked them to check out the brakes. All the guys were out on their lunch breaks but the man behind the counter said he'd get it up on the lift to check it out for me anyways and if there were problems we'd make an appointment. Great!Five minutes later he invites me into the shop to show me the problem. As it turns out, the dealer used some creative, but sufficient methods to comply with state laws that require dealers to know the quality of the brakes for cars they sell; their solution was to sandpaper the rotors (?) and replace the brake pads. He takes me under the car to show the irregular scratches from the sandpaper and explains I'm fine and that the new pads were just getting acquainted, phew! "What do I owe you for this courtesy, fine sir?" Oh nothing? Even better!
