I have been taking my vehicle to RPM for years now and am always pleased with the service. Don McComas, service manager, is THE BEST. He listens closely to how I describe a problem or a need for service and then always does his very best to go beyond "the fix." I highly recommend RPM to everyone...even the most finicky amongst you will be pleased!

RPM is lifesaver, and a money saver, for me! The brakes on my 15 year old van were vibrating and taking more pedal pressure than normal to stop the vehicle. Since I drive from RP to the Silicon Valley weekly and around our county daily, I was VERY concerned that my van was unsafe. I explained the situation to Don McComas, service manager. He listened closely, picked up my van, called me with the diagnosis, and delivered a repaired van to me ALL WITHIN ONE DAY!!! Not only that, but with a dirty sensor cleaned rather than replaced, saving me hard earned money. This van has 134,000 miles on it thanks to the excellent care it receives from RPM. All repairs are guaranteed too for 2 years or 24,000 miles!!! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
