I have been doing business with RPM for about 10 years for a very good reason. They have most professionally trained mechanics. I have never had to return specifically because there was something wrong with their work The entire staff, including the owner, are always accommodating to any need or arrangements for a loaner car. I always recommend RPM to my friends and family.

I've been using RPM for three years, after I found them through online reviews when I first moved to the area. I've found them to be honest, thorough, helpful and do excellent work. They always give recommendations for work that might be needed in the near or far future, but never pressure me to have the work done immediately - UNLESS there's an issue that could cause me safety or convenience problems. Then, they explain exactly what's wrong and why I should fix it. Recently, the called me to add about $125 cost to a job in progress, explaining why. I ok'd it, and when I came in to pay for it, they had a photo of the shredded parts they'd replaced, attached to my receipt. Good folks, good work.

We had a bit of a mishap with my son's car while he was visiting home for spring break. Time was of the essence as he had to be back at school the following Monday leaving RPM only 3 days to get a rather extensive laundry list of repairs completed in order to allow him to get back to college in time. RPM came through on time and under budget! They did a fantastic job of identifying all of the damage that had been done as well as some deferred maintenance items. I am very relieved my son has a safe vehicle to use to return to school. Thank you RPM!
